Physical Therapy

Exercising Muscles and Funny Bones

Our Physical Therapists are specialists trained to provide treatment to promote gross motor development in the children they serve. They are concerned with providing the child the necessary environmental stimuli and motor cues to enhance strength and develop independent mobility within the environment. Our focus is to promote and improve a child’s balance, mobility, and gross motor acquisition. Our Physical Therapists provide therapy interventions for the child and involve core team members such as families and caregivers in the implementation of those therapeutic techniques to maximize the benefit to the child.
